Kevin and Mike Unterstein, two of the best lacrosse players to come out of Shoreham-Wading River, were both drafted in Wednesday's Major League Lacrosse draft.
After finishing their senior seasons at Hofstra University, Kevin was selected by New Jersey with the 20th pick in the second round and Mike went to Long Island with the 35th pick in the fourth round.
Kevin led Hofstra in ground balls this year with 70. Mike was the fourth leading scorer for the Pride with 33 points -- 20 goals, 13 assists. Hofstra went 10-6 before losing in the postseason to Johns Hopkins.
